Web-based Application
The flexible web-based application, hosted by FAS, increases accessibility and lowers IT burden:

Agency system requirements include:
- Processor speed of 1.5GHz or better
- RAM – 256MB
- Web browser (IE 7.0 and above, Firefox 3.0 and above, Safari 4.0 and above)
- JavaScript must be enabled on the browser
- Operating system – Windows 2000 or higher
- Internet connection (cable or DSL)
- Pop-up Blockers must be disabled
- Recommended screen resolution 1024 x 768 or higher
- Recommended: [email protected] should added to email whitelists (for customers with spam filters)
- Recommended: Adobe Reader 7.0 or higher
- MP3 player plug-in for Web browser - Windows Media or QuickTime recommended (JIFF only)
